I ordered on Dec 7th and I still have not received a shipping confirmation, nor have I received the product I ordered. Truly bad experience. Customer service answered my email inquiry, please have patience. Update: I have been given a full refund for my order. Although it is nice to get a refund, I would have loved to have the product at the sale price. I guess buyer beware.

Just got my muddy mats in from when they're supposed to be here before Christmas didn't get one of them but they refunded my money for one mat. that's fine they sent four 7x30-inch mats which are basically stair runners and they sent a 24x30 which I did order the other ones I ordered I didn't get pathetic!! I laugh every time I see your advertisement on Facebook.

Ordered 11/20 Never received them. I got a refund yesterday

First time I ordered, several months later, I canceled order.several months passed and I never got them. Tried one more time and after calling a few times and finally received them. I was sent my free rugs and neither matched the ones I ordered. I can't use them, so unless to me. The rugs were also smaller than stated. I will never order rugs again from you.

I ORDERED "2" LARGE BEDS ON DECEMBER 31ST, 2025. WAS ADVISED I SHOULD GET AN EMAIL WITH MY SHIPPING INFO. I "DID NOT" SO I SENT 2 INQUIRY EMAILS. NO RESPONSE. SO I CALLED A RECEIVED A ROBO AGENT AND SHE GAVE ME A TRACKING NUMBER. YOU HAVE TO KNOW THE CARRIER TO TRACK AND THEY DID NOT GIVE THAT TO ME. AFTER READING THE REVIEWS I HAVE A FEELING IT IS NOT GOING TO COME. MUDDY MAT YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF. YOU CHARGED ME FOR A "RUBBER SCRAPER" THAT I DID NOT ORDER AND YOU CAN'T EVEN GIVE ME A SHIPPER AND TRACKING NUMBER. TERRIBLE

First of all the website is horrible with all the "special offers" tricky because they offer you a "free gift" and when you click on that all of a sudden I received notification of an additional order with another shipping charge. When I cancelled it right away they did not refund me the full amount. The website is very shady IMO. then I cancelled the entire order (before it shipped) and they pretended not to receive those emails and shipped it anyway.

Ordered two mats and one free on December 19th. As of today, January 7th nothing but a generic letter when I checked on December 27th to see the status. Everyone says they are legit, but now I am wondering!

I placed an order on December 24th and now I am being told that the items are being delayed and not available. When I called customer service the rep was rude and hung up on me. All I want to know is how long of a delay are we looking at...days or weeks??? You already have my $$$ I think this is a legitimate question!!
