Once I told Customer Service, our dog had maybe lad on the new K9 Cloud bed we'd purchased, they gave us a full refund and we do not have to ship the bed back, which would be a pain in the ya-ya. Thank you, Muddy Mat! We will buy from you again. We already have your rigs and love then. Soft underfoot and super absorbent.

Bought these mats for my dog, put them in my doorways. They keep her paws dry coming in from the rain. They are INDEED THICK AND THIRSTY!!! Awesome product!!THANK YOU!

Mats and dog bed and dog towel are all great. Pup took to the bed right away. Using the towel after a rain makes wiping him much easier.

I have tried every dog bed, and my pup just dragged them around like they were toys! She would not step foot in them. I saw this ad and decided to try one more time to get a bed she would use. Lots of great colors. I chose gray because she is black and gray. As soon as I put this bed down, she jumped right on it! 😍 I was elated!!! 🎉 Money well spent. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

I was a little skeptical at first to order this for my dog thinking she wouldn’t like it but after seeing so many reviews on social media I decided she was worth it to give it a try. As soon as I opened it and set it down for her she went right to it and made herself comfy. Like a Princess on her royal bed! Thanks also for the quick delivery! Guess it was worth it!

Made inquiries with Muddy regarding a larger size mat than was available on the online order form, but appeared to be used in advertising. Muddy replied promptly each time. Eventually the 6’x9’ mat was made available for order and it fit our need perfectly. We have Muddy mats in several rooms of our house to minimize the effects of four sets of wet paws on our floors and couldn’t be happier with their performance
