I love both of my Muddy Mats. I had a problem with delivery and customer service was great. I ordered two mats. One came without the second one. They promptly resent the mat I did not receive. I am so glad they did because I love them both. I will be ordering more.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE; GREAT PRODUCT; RECEIVED PRODUCT WHEN PROMISED. I have ordered twice from Muddy Mat. The first time was from an add on Facebook. I ordered a dog bed; the price was less than their website. I contacted the company after being charged more than expected. I was asked for the price and where I ordered the bed. Fortunately, I had taken a screen shot of the reduced price. After providing the information requested, I was refunded the difference plus the sales tax on the additional amount. It was credited to my bank account within a couple of days. My dog loves it, as well as our cat! Last night I ordered the buy 2, get 1 free Muddy Mat. I also ordered the Rubber Scrubbers and Rug Gripping Pads, but after placing my order, changed my mind on them. I contacted the company; they offered me a 50% discount, which I declined. Today I received a text letting me know the items were removed from my order and I would receive a refund shortly. I am hoping for the fast refund, as well as the "as promised" delivery time!

I had a problem, missing 1 item from my order, it was taken care of immediately! Can't wait to use the mats in my RV.

I have two energetic pups who love to run in and out. The amount of dirt that these mats cut down in my home is phenomenal. They are also affordable and easy to clean. Thank you, Muddy Mat!

I ordered three muddy mats on an awesome deal. I ended up receiving only one mat in the mail, and I contacted support right away. They were quick to fix the issue and send me my other two mats asap. I am a mother of 9, with a doggy. The mud in Vermont's mud season is almost too much to bear 😂 but with Muddy Mats my sanity has been restored. These mats are everything they claim to be!! Traps so much dirt and mud, keeps floors clean and dry. Easy to wash! Also... My doggy loves how comfy they are. I think he thinks it's a new bed. 😂 Thank you for the fabulous products at an unbeatable price!!

I purchased 3 mats a few weeks ago and absolutely love them! They work just as I had hoped and when I washed them they fluffed right back up. My dog loves to lay on them more than her other beds. So the dog bed will be our next purchase. I am recommending these to all of my family and friends!

Love the rugs! Made a huge difference in our camper while on a fishing trip! First time to use the rug in the camper and my husband was amazed as was I! Love the one I have at the front door and by my back door. Also, I did the buy two get one free. Wish shipping would have been free but these drugs are well worth the money! I strongly recommend them.
