It was easy to order and very quick response. I have ordered from here before. I have several rugs and have a large Muddy mat bed for my GSD. He loves the bed and we love the rugs. Easy to clean, just throw in washer and then air dry. I received my order within a weeks time. Thank you Karen Smith

I accidentally ordered the same thing twice and contacted the company to tell them so before the mats shipped. However, they still shipped the incorrect number of mats and wants me to pay return shipping. I balked at that, and the company went above and beyond to resolve the issue.
Response from Muddy Mat®Oct 11, 2026
Hi Olivia, we understand your concern regarding the duplicate order and return shipping charges. We have sent you an email to address this matter and assist you further. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

These are by far the best mats I’ve ever bought and I’ve bought a lot. Wasted a lot of money over the years on different floor mats, litter mats, etc. these are the best! Absorbent, captures dirt, litter easily. Shakes out great and easy to wash. I’ve recommended them to everyone!
Response from Muddy Mat®Oct 11, 2026
Thank you, Patti. We’re delighted you find the mats absorbent, easy to clean, and worth recommending.

This is my second order of Muddy Mat products! I have ordered pet beds that are fabulous and one rug. My second order was 7 rugs for my bathrooms. They are non slip and dry quickly! I cannot say enough good things about their rugs. They wash wonderfully and are of great quality.
