Very misleading and expensive. I received 3 charges on my card for one mat that ended up costing $112.51. I did finally speak with a customer service rep and they are refunding me $7.57, said I was charged for shipping twice. Don't order through them, just buy a similar mat at the store.

Worst customer service experience I have ever had. Ordered Dec 1, (for a Christmas present) got an email with an order number saying it would ship in 48 hrs. Went 2 weeks without hearing a thing. Called and got a very happy robot that said I would get my shipping info in 24 to 48 hours. Another week nothing. Emailed them. No response. Since no response I disputed the charge and emailed them to cancel. No response. Showed up Jan 3rd. Now torture I have to takes pictures and submit them “to see if they will accept return”. Unreal. Awful.

I placed my order on the 28th of December 2025 with a delivery date of January 6th 2026. On the 6th I did not receive my order and contacted Muddy Mat and was told I didn’t pay for expedited shipping so I would receive my order on the 9th. Now it’s the 9th and I get an email with tracking stated I would receive my order on the 12th. I could have made these mats faster. I just don’t like doing business with an unscrupulous company and will never place another order. Joe Paliokaitis

I placed my order on Dec 15, 2025. It is now January 9, 2026 and I have not received my order. I tried emailing customer service inquiring about the status of my order and all I get in response is an AI generated email saying that I should see shipping confirmation within 48-72 hours. I waited 72 hours then requested my order be canceled and the charges be credited to my credit card. I received (1) AI generated email saying my request is being reviewed and I will have a response in 48-72 hours. I have tried calling, but the automated message says they is no one available to take my call. It seems to me that they don't actually employ humans but rather computers and machines. Al I want is to speak with a person in management at Muddy Mat so that my order can be canceled and my money returned to me.

I ordered and paid for three Muddy Mats and ended up having to asking for a refund. I never received the product. It took less than 24 hours for my money to come out of my account and 2 weeks to get a refund! The customer service sucks because they can't speak English very well, it took them 9 days to agree to a refund even though they could not send the product in a timely manner.

I placed my order early Dec slightly 3 weeks before Christmas for a gift exchange with other pet owners. I thought this would be a good gift idea. At check out there was a pop up stating “pay $7 for Christmas delivery”. But placing my order well before Christmas this definitely didn’t seem necessary. Early Jan I emailed them and asked them to cancel my order. It had been a month and I’d heard NOTHING. Over 1 week later I get an email saying it’s shipped them shortly after I get another email saying they can’t cancel bc it’s already shipped. Then several days after that I get another email saying it shipped Jan 8th! Basically they wanted to get extra $$ to ship it faster when there was plenty of time to ship it. And since I didnt pay it they held on to my order till well after Christmas. That’s a horrible way to run a business. I can guarantee good customer service will get you more customers and repeat customers in the long run.

I ordered rugs back in November and never recieved them. I kept getting tracking alerts but nothing has happened since Dec 10th that supposedly they were out delivering in my neighborhood!👎

They have the worst customer service of any company that I have ever dealt with. I placed an order on 12/27 and then when I received emails for two different amounts of which I didn't approve within twenty minutes of placing my order I emailed them and requested a cancelation of everything because I'm not a fan of underhanded tactics. I received an automatic response that I would hear back within 24-72 hours. After 72 hours I tried again and same thing. So I contacted PayPal to see what could be done and they opened a claim but they weren't optimistic. It is now 1/8 and Muddy Mat finally responds with saying they were sorry for the unexpected charges and would do a partial refund but since it had already shipped they couldn't cancel and then because I made a claim with PayPal they would only pay the refund if the claim was ruled in my favor. I do not recommend purchasing from them. The mats do not live up to expectations from what is advertised.
