Nice & responsive representative.

I have 2 dogs, full size labrododle and a mini goldendoodle. I have Muddy Mats in my back porch, entrance into my kitchen, entrance from my garage into my house along with 3 in my bathroom. I don't know what I would do in the fall, snowy winter and rainy spring without them. I don't have to wipe their paws. I make them walk on the Muddy Mats to get the snow, rain and dirt off of them. I love them in my bathrooms so when we get out of the shower with my wet feet. I have washed them and have no trouble with washing and drying in my dryer. I mentioned to my friend one day I wish my carpet was Muddy Mats. I highly recommend them if you haven't purchased them yet.

I have these mats in front of my doors to the outside, in my bathrooms as bathmats and vanity mats, and I also have one in front of the litter box to collect sand as the cats leave it. If I had any more places to put Muddy Mats, I would get more. Whether you have pets, children, both, or neither, these mats are great. My cats also love to nap on them...wherever they may be! And easy to wash, too. I recommend these mats to anyone with doors!

When I explained that my dog had passed away, customer service processed the full refund for the mat. At first, when I needed to cancel my order, I was only given 35% refund. When I replied back that this was not acceptable, they were very understanding and processed the full refund.

They truly are awesome to have we wish our entire house was muddy mats we are satisfied with the product and would tell others it’s a good thing to get for your home you won’t regret it thank you very much for this product.

Wow! They were a great price and certainly a good value! It was hard to choose a color, but i got the charcoal gray. Beautiful! Don't look like a utility type of rug at all! I'll definitely be ordering again!

They were good at communicating. It was my phone that was the issue not showing all of my email. Productwas exactly as advertised. I just now wished I had gotten the next size up. Will probably do that in the future. Would definitely recommend.
