I love the mats for fomfort and warmth also floor protection. There is one downside you need to have a top load washer because they are too heavy when wet for a front loading machine.

They gave me an extra discount on top of the discount I was already getting. Delivery left something to be desired. No notice my package had been delivered. I live in the country and have a 700 ft driveway. It was dark when I decided to check on my purchase and discovered it had been delivered an hour earlier. My dog hasn't slept on the bed yet. It will take him awhile to adjust to it since he is very elderly.

The mats work great. They keep alit of dirt from spreading through the house. The wash and dry great. The pets love to lay on them so the dirt they bring in stays on mats.

The product is excellent but the delivery was not informative. The last email said it would be shipped shortly. A week later I called to check on it. It had been delivered the day before, but i was not made aware of it til I called.

My previous order for the mats went well and I really like them. I decided to order a larger mat and there was a bonus of a gift of free mits for drying a dog. When I got the confirmation for my order, I was charged for the mits that were supposed to be a free gift. Customer service took care of a refund for their mistake.
