I hate the ordering process on this scammy, scuzzy website. It infuriated me more than any ordering of anything that I have ever done. When I checked out there was no way to look at the order totals. I took one of the "SPECIAL" offers at the end and it wasn't priced as expected. So, I ended up paying more than expected and my card was charged in 2 different transactions. The order took weeks to get here and I even had to check with customer service to see if I was actually ever going to receive my items, then they gave me the runaround. I really like the product and really hate every other aspect of this buying experience. As much as I would like to order a few more mats, I will never use their website again. They can keep their shady, horrible sales practices and I will just buy a different kind of rug.

It took forever to get my order. When I finally received my order, it was wrong. I received a second shipment and it was still wrong. Communication and customer support is absolutely terrible

Muddy Mat has a buy 2 get 1 free promo. But its false advertising. I was purchasing 2 large mats and as the prom states I expected to get one free. But during check out it automatically selects a free medium mat. Spoke with customer service they were supposed to create a order for three large mats w/ one being free. However after several email confirm information they sent me an apology stating they are unable to great the order.

I received a Muddy Mat pet bed but it was a little small. I emailed to ask if I could exchange it for a larger size. Customer service advised that I could exchange it and said they would send me a return label. I've been waiting three weeks for the label. I have followed up several times and the say they'll send it. Still no label.

If I could I would give a 0! Their customer service is nonexistent. Everything is through email. Everything is a generic generated email asking you to keep an item at a lesser price. I eventually got to return authorizations for each order, took it to FedEx and I’m still waiting for two months to get my credit! I highly recommend make sure it’s exactly what you want because it may take forever for a return and credit to your account.

Phone number didn't work to communicate. Having trouble with email. Porch pirate got my order/mat. Frustrated cause I can't get ahold of anybody. The review is zero right now.

The absolute lack of customer service will keep me from ever recommending this company. After almosttwo weeks of emails and one phone call, my productss havee been seeent but two are not the correct color and I just had an email confirming they correct color but the shipping states that the colors are wrong.

Your mat doesn’t work any better than the regular mat that I used before I bought yours! It’s not worth $5 much less $128 ! How do I return for a refund I was contacted about an hour after this and given a refund no guestions asked! Amazing! I don’t like their product but their service was excellent! Thanks
