Update: I was contacted by Muddy Mat and they have corrected the issue and made things right. I have upgraded my original review from 1 star to 4 stars. The only reason they aren't getting 5 stars is because of the everything that I had to go through to get the issue resolved. I tried to cancel my order the day the order was placed. They didn't respond until 3 days later after the order was processed and told me since the order had been processed it couldn't be cancelled. I have since tried to contact them with other issues by replying to the same email address that we have been communicating through and now all of a sudden the email comes back as undeliverable. Don't bother buying from this company they will rip you off one way or the other.

Well overall, I'm satisfied with the end result of receiving two muddy mats that I was really wanting to try. I like the feel of them as I walk across them and they seem to be doing what they are advertise to do.

The muddy Matt’s work great. The small ones wash nicely. The larger ones not so much. They never want to dry. I had it in a drier for hours. Took it out it was still sopping wet. Left it out side over night tried again. Still wouldn’t dry. I have it laying over a chair for 2 days it’s starting to dry. Slowly.

They responded to me right away & took care of the error I made when ordering

Original order did not include the third free mat. I emailed sent photos of pkg received and the free mat was received on about 10 days. Giving as gifts to my dog lover daughters. Thank you for rectifying the error.

I love the rugs I ordered . I thought they’re reasonably priced. When I took the survey, afters it said I qualified for a free gift. The gift was rubber scrubbers and I was charged for them. I called and canceled that item from my order. If it’s free I shouldn’t have to pay ANY fee! Other than that I’m good. Thank you for asking.

The product is wonderful. I highly highly recommend it! I did have to call on my order as it was not delivered when it was supposed to so I waited a while and called and found out they were out of one product and was waiting for that. I wish that they had notified me so that I would not have been so concerned but wonderful product!!
