Company responded immediately to my concern. I received my refund for an item I didn't order right away. I also love this product. I have purchased before and was so pleased with quality of product, I ordered more. It does everything it claims.

This bed has been a game changer for our house. We have a lab and two chiweenies so we are covered with hair all the time. These beds have eliminated seeing fur clumps floating around the house. The covers are so easy to take off and wash. Not to mention they wash beautifully, stay soft and fluffy and keep their shape. Even our cat loves to lay on the beds!

I am extremely happy with my 6 Muddy Mats thus far. Everything that was advertised was true. Only problem I have is that ordering is a little difficult.

My package with several rugs in it apparently got stuck or lost in transit. When I inquired with the tracking number to customer service, they promptly checked on it and let me know they were replacing the shipment to me. It arrived about a week later.

I have two muddy mat rugs which I love and recently bought the dog bed. I thought I'd received a bed with no removable cover and said so in a review. Muddy Mat Customer Service reached out and explained how to find the hidden zipper. Once I found the way to remove the cover, I let them know. And then I got another nice email from Customer Service. Everything from them sounds like a real person wrote it. What good products and customer service!

These rugs are great. They are heavy yet supple. They lay flat and stay that way. The coffee color is rich and attractive on my hardwood floor. The cats like to sit on them, the dogs walk by and they don't flip up or get tangled. I have the small rug under my office chair to keep the chair from shooting across the floor when I stand up or try to sit down.

I love Muddy Mat! I started with a couple of small floor mats, then I tried the large dog bed. It’s perfect! And when I had a question about it, Muddy Mat replied so quickly and answered my question. Will definitely buy more from Muddy Mat.
