The mat is great customer service sucks
Iv only had mine mayby 2 months and it's tore up and I can't get customer service to email me back. It's been since Jan 3rd. But I love my muddy mat it's amazing and traps a lot I just wished it wasn't ripped .

The call was very helpful
The call was very helpful. I had not received my order and discovered they had and incorrect email. The agent was extremely polite and helpful, The call occasionally would break up.

Missed Christmas
Because I did not get them prior to Christmas. It was a disappointment, but I do understand. The only reason its 4 stars and not 5 is due to that reason. It will not stop me from buying your product. Thank you

It’s absolutely true when you step out…
It’s absolutely true when you step out of the shower, in my case, the water is absorbed

Glad to receive our muddy mats
Glad to receive our muddy mats. The mats are awesome. It did take a really long time to receive them. They were backed up with higher than usual orders. Ordered end of October and did not receive until end of December.

Partial order
Update: I was contacted this afternoon with a tracking number for the remainder of my order. My order was over $300, made on Dec 17 2025. I received the shipping information but received a partial order. I did not receive the runner, x large, large, rubber scrubber or grips. I cannot get any response regarding the rest of the order, only that they will refund the gripper cost.
