First, it took 12 days to get picked up by FedEx, and another 6 days to arrive. But when it finally arrived, the order was short by one mat, and you wanted me to send you the shipping tag! You HAVE the shipping tag, and I sent the FedEx photo of the delivery, clearly showing just 2 mats when there should have been 3. Now you’ve ghosted me. Not cool.

Update: after writing on here it’s now arrived. Ordered in November and still no sign. Got the order confirmation and then nothing at all. No communication of when I should expect it. Even if they’d just sent an email with some sort of date it would have been better than nothing. I’m now reporting to bank as I think this might be a scam :(

I am still waiting on my Muddy Mat. I was supposed to have it by Christmas and that day came and went and no muddy mat. The customer service team tried telling me that it is the fault of the shipping carrier. So they have twice informed me that they will get with their warehouse and carrier to get the products (several) shipped to me. Just checked the tracking today and still no movement. Guess the customer service set is just as lacking as the shipping and packaging depts.

Like many others, my mats have yet to arrive & the shipping status hasn't changed. However, I did receive a response email from customer service. The email gave me assurance that they are trying to look into the delay. Not sure if I will receive the mats, a refund or nothing at all.

I placed an order on 5 November for 2 buddy mats with my dog's picture and name. I also placed an order for 2 muddy mats at the same time, which after chasing, arrived a few weeks later. The buddy mats still have not been received by 21 December and Muddy Mat are now saying they will take another 40 working days as the artwork appears to have been lost. The communication with this company is shocking. No-one owns the issue so I have to start from scratch with every help centre advisor. I have now asked for a refund as it appears unlikely they will ever arrive. Up-date - Muddy Mat has now offered me a partial refund on the buddy mats which have not been delivered because they forgot to process the order. I paid £76 for the buddy mats but as they included a free gripper, they have now charged me for this even though its useless without the mats. So having paid £76, I'm getting a refund of £56! Not one of apology either. Total incompetence. Further update - Muddy mat has now issued a full refund with apology so fair play to them.

Three mats arrived. One large which is excellent, really does absorb dirt from dogs paws, however the two smaller mats which were folded in half for transit, this has caused a crease which I cannot get rid of. This causes the mat to rise up in the middle causing a trip hazard. Not impressed by the two smaller mats.

I was initially very impressed but a year on and they do not last. Backing is split and cracked. They are washed every couple of weeks so I don’t think excessively. Also they suspiciously delete any comment to this end on their social media!

Way too thick to use in front of doors. I bought four for my doors that lead outside, but the doors can’t open and glide over the mats. They look like cheap bathmats, I regret buying so many.
