Terrific Customer Service! I had an issue checking out on my recent purchase but the customer service department responded to my email almost immediately. (my fault, my payment had been processed and I didn't realize it). This company's service department is as wonderful as their mats!! Love, Love, Love my Muddy Mat rugs and dog beds.

I have several items from Muddy Mat. They are all great! All dog beds for my dogs who love them. Both the dogs have issues with their hips which in other beds they would get uncomfortable and have to change positions a lot. They do not do that with these beds from Muddy Mat, they cuddle down into them and sleep soundly. I am extremely happy with their product and their customer service is great! They deserve 10 stars!

I’ve been a Muddy Mat owner for about a year and it’s been the best purchase I’ve made in a long time! My feedback is that I highly recommend all the Muddy Mat products! There are so many colors and sizes to choose from. I have the runner, 8 mats (small and medium), the dog drying towel, and the dog bed! They are very well made, washing is a breeze, and they do everything the ad says! We use the mats at each of the doors, the runner fits in front of the French Doors in the den, and they make great bath mats! Feels really nice on your feet and absorbs with no leaks! Huge bonus! This is the greatest product I’ve bought and the dogs love them too! Customer Service is so receptive to any questions I had. We use the mats in our RV, we have two senior dogs and these mats stay in place. My grandchildren can’t even mess them up😃. The little dog bed is a big hit with the dogs. I would recommend these mats to anyone. Very satisfied.

First, it is an excellent product. I bought the mats because I have three dogs and four doors. The first one arrived timely. Then the next and then the next - I have 5. Sky blue outside at my 3 back doors to match outdoor furniture. After using the mats for a short time, I realized that they cleaned the dirt off my mobility scooter wheels. So, I bought a grey one to put outside my shower matching the grey in the room. No more dirty shower floor! I have a beautiful runner at my front door. I tried many mats before, but my tile floor always showed marks from the tires of the scooter or footprints of the dogs. My floors no longer have streaks of dust and dirt carried in from outside. I no longer track dirt onto the shower floor. Easy to wash! Think I just might get another one to put next to the steps of the pool. It gets into the 100s where I live so helps with water and heat until they put on shoes. Visitors like to walk into the house dripping water so I am sure the mat will take care of it. I highly recommend Muddy Mat and have friends who purchased them after seeing mine.

I have 3 indoor border collies and I use muddy mats everywhere to save on cleaning . I just just throw them in washer to clean and they come out like new … best mats I’ve ever had plus I have an outdoor one as well

I ordered from muddy mat because of how reliable the mats are. I have a black lab & 2 cat's. My lab will come in from going in the pond & dirt and what a mess. He steps on the mat @ the door & poof it's like magic no mess on my floors. My cat loves to sleep on it also. Great company great customer service & I truly reccomend Muddy Mat. 5 Stars
