I purchased the "round" 5x7. It looks oval to me and to top it all off my new foster pup loves it and has methodically pulled parts of the top off. He does this very gently and now I have big spaces of nothing - wah. Otherwise, yes this rug does not move when those 80+ lb dogs come running in from the snow/rain. I would definitely recommend.

I was initially skeptical about purchasing from this company. They promised the moon and the stars, but when I received my purchase, it was a flashlight that required batteries I didn’t have. This wasn’t the MuddyMat people. I bought three mats and received a free one. Upon arrival, I inspected the quality and was pleasantly surprised to find that they met the advertised specifications. Overjoyed with my experience, I decided to buy four more mats. Now, I’m eagerly waiting for a pair of round pillows for my dogs to rest on. Overall, I’m thoroughly satisfied with these MuddyMat products because they have proven to be effective for both me and my dogs.

The produce is excellent and what expected. However was EXTREMELY long time gor fulfillment and delivery.

The mats themselves are great so far! I didn't give 5 stars because my package arrived extremely late and tracking information was not updated for 5-6 days, so there was no way to know if or when they were coming. It was nearly impossible to figutr out how to speak to anyone at the delivery company, UniUni. The only obvious option was a chat with an AI robot, and there were no obvious options to speak to an actual human regardless of what options you chose. There was also no email or phone number to contact anyone. It was EXTREMELY frustrating. When the package finally did come, I was missing 1 of the 3 that I had ordered. When I contracted Muddy Mat about the missing item they were quick to respond and sent the missing item almost immediately. I obviously realize that Muddy Mat is not the actual one delivering the product, but there has to be some accountability since you are the ones contracting them for deliveries.

I bought two mats one XL and one SM. The larger one fits in front of my patio doors, which is perfect for the dog traffic. My chiweenie likes laying on it. The other was purchased for the front door. My bad, the rug is so thick the door doesn't clear it. But my King Charles likes to lay on it by the kitchen sink. Gonna have to move it! The website records My answers, but it's hard to change your mind, especially when you leave your cart open and then find another deal. Also, shipping is slow. Kathy Kniery, Florida

The runner I bought was a beautiful color (orange), really nice material, doesn't slip and really helps with the muddy paw prints. One small issue is that one of the short ends of the runner is very noticeably uneven. I didn't want the hassle of returning it and waiting for a new one to come in, so I'm using it. I just think that for the price the edges should be even. Edited to say: Customer service was excellent! The company responded so quickly and sent me a new (perfect) Muddy Mat. Thank you. Service like yours is very much appreciated!

I love the product and customer service was also amazing. What I didn’t like was the fact that when I placed my order it didn’t indicate that anything would be back ordered. Just simple note before completion would have been nice.
