I SHIPPED BACK 2 RUGS WITH A PRE PAID RETURN LABEL AND MUDDY MATS TELLS ME THEY DIDNT GET THE RETURN. THEY WILL LIE AND CHEAT YOU! I WASTED MONEY! STAY AWAY FROM MUDDY MATS! I shipped my reutn on March 12th!

Be very careful when you order. I ordered two large dog beds and never received an email or text that I ordered. The check out was confusing so I thought I made a mistake. I waited about an hour for a confirmation and when I didn't get it I ordered again one hour later. Then both orders showed up on my credit card with in a couple of hours. I immediately contacted the company to cancel one of the orders (again within a couple of hours) and they said it was too late to cancel. I would need to pay the shipping to send them back which is expensive because the boxes are big. I ordered on a Friday night and canceled one order on the same Friday night and they decline the cancelation. Terrible customer service. Be careful when ordering.

I really wanted to get these mats but muddy mats order procedure was absolutely ridiculous!  I was offered 3 packs of 4 anti slip pads for .99 each.  Now when I see 3 packs of 4 that means each pack is .99. Nope, you got me for $11.88 by charging for each piece, not pack. And having to go through all of the offers telling me I don't care about my dogs if I don't buy your products?? That was frustrating and very telling about your company. So far, just with the order and checkout experience, I'm already disappointed.  I have a feeling I will be sending my products back if your items are as deceiving as the website. Very sad that something I've waited to have the extra money to buy has already been a disappointment. I was asked if I would recommend muddy mat to anyone at the end of my order process before I Eben have my product! That is a very big NO from me. I originally tried to email this message to the Muddy Mat company per their email address on their website.  It came back as undeliverable. I attempted to send it several times with the same result, forcing me to find a way to write a review Honestly this isn't surprising to me

On 4th April 2026, I saw an advert on tv quoting muddymats.co.uk. When I typed this into my browser, it took me to wineoceans.com. I got suspicious as there are so many scams about. so looked on Amazon which do sell it. It appears to be an American brand. I only want to know if it is suitable for use on Karndean flooring before I purchase it.

This review is based on the ordering process and the 2+ weeks it takes to receive your order. Two weeks in and my order is at a random processing center across the country with no ETA. And that’s after a comical ordering process in which you have to decline added items at least 8 times before you can actually complete your order. It’s nuts, and all designed to wear you down so you accidentally add another item. No idea how these mats actually work and apparently I may never know. Look elsewhere.

There isn't a lot of good things if any. You could use a generic towel to do what this does. I can not agree on any positive reviews. Does not do anything any better then an old towel. But you aren't paying for an old towel. Not great for collecting water. The bottoms tend to slip and nothing better about getting mud off of pets feet then any other cheap mat that I have used. Again you are not buying a cheap mat. Then the company erases any bad facebook reviews I leave on their ads. They got their money from me and thats what's important to them.

We ordered 4 rugs and waited for 8 days for delivery. That was good timing if all the rugs had come. Our order was split into 2 deliveries. One arrived on Saturday. The other was supposed to arrive Saturday and did not arrive till sunday. No problem we were watching for it. We waited with excitement. The 2nd package arrived missing one rug. We waited for the package to show up on the website as delivered so we could call and confirm we didn't get it. We called and were told they are sending an email and want us to reply with pictures and upc codes of what we recieved. we didn't have issues with this ordering product from Amazon. We love the rugs and no regrets there. Seems like the website is all about promoting sales and up selling. I get it that things get lost in the mail. The waiting for a reply email and a new rug if we get it has ruined the entire experience. Still debating whether I will order anymore rugs from this company.

These mats are totally mis represented, they do not take care of the foot traffic like the say, once you wash them that's the end of what little they did in the first place. No good and mis represented and expensive!!!!
