Ordered 4/3/26, credit card charged. On 4/13 still no tracking number. 4-5 additional emails and replies stating 48-72 hrs id have, still don’t. One reply said they would personally expedite. Another reply said for the inconvenience of delay the would refund $6.99 shipping and send $25 gift card. First replies indicated warehouse was to have label within 24 hrs of order and tracking available in 2 days. Most recent reply says same thing but instead of 2 days it’s now 12 days which is also past when order placed. Very disappointed, if no tracking number this week will turn over to credit card company for dispute and report to BBB.

I requested a return and a credit for my purchased. Which is all over your website. the dog bed was too small for my dog. I followed all the instructions. for the refund. had not heard from muddy mat with my refund amount They emailed me back stating. since i took the gift card of 25.00. I would not be receiving a credit. That was never mentioned to me. I would not of used the gift card and order a larger bed.

Don’t buy if you might have to return. They act so nice and understanding then when you need to return they’ll deduct $24 from your refund. $24 to return that is ridiculous! Never ever will recommend them. Plus to make sure the dogs paws are dry, you have to buy a huge rug so your floor is clean any that doesn’t guarantee. Not a sincere customer service. 0 stars. FYI YOU DON’T GET YOU TAX REFUNDED, WHICH IS AGAINST THE LAW!!!!

Was asked to do a survey and you would get a free gift. Hah, no free gift. Also says free shipping. Hah. Charged shipping. They did credit me 9.00. They ship via a no name Cirro who in turn sends to gofo, who could not find my residence which I have lived in for 50 years. Package is out for delivery today. Will update if I receive the package. Muddy mat has corrected all the other problems that I had

I didn’t receive my order and it’s 5 days past the expected date. I’m unable to track it on OnTrac.

Orders the buy two get one free and the free one was the small size and color of their choice. On top of that information about shipping is all a lie. They give me an Amazon tracking number but Amazon has no knowledge of a shipment in my name, I paid for Fed-Ex express but no one knows where the order is. I called twice and can barely understand the people I’m talking with. Both times static got so bad the call dropped. Stay away from the Muddy Mats website.

This mat sucks!!! Do not buy. We have two large dogs and it does not trap dirt, etc.

The tracking system sucks. been in melrose park, il for 3 days.. no one can provide up to date info. they need to find a new shipper.
