Dear Valued Customer, We admit we made a mistake - one of our vendors sold us a code but provided only text. He mixed up the code type, and this mistake carried into our databases. Mistakes like this happen rarely and have happened four times this year. However, we cannot agree that you were sold a "used" code as we have repeatedly stated that the codes are checked before they are sent to the customers. The meaning of that message you received in the MTGA client is that you have already used a code from that type. The code was indeed good, and we managed to sell it later to another customer.
