UPDATE: A bit after sending the initial support ticket I was contacted and given a working code. Cudos to the support staff for their fast response. OLD review: They gave me a used code. They said that is likely an account limit issue, this isn't the case as I have not redeemed any codes for the set I bought their booster code in this account. Bottom line is this: - payed for a 6 booster code - went to redeem it - got "code has already been redeemed" - wrote support - automated message said that is most likely an account limit issue - automated message also points to an automated refund feature - used the automated refund feature - if fails with "all codes in the order have already been redeemed" luckly it was only like 5 or 6 bucks, did this order as a test of the site, won't be buying anything now that I see the risk.

No hastle, simple add to cart and purchase. Immediately received the codes as well, no waiting or anything like I would elsewhere. Pricing was pretty good as well, so overall a great experience. Wished they priced other things a bit lower, but can't really complain.

Its a scam, bought packs and the codes has been redeemed, used the refund option, received the money and when re-purchasing the same item using the refunded money, the whole order STUCKED and no codes are appearing. Not recommended update 25/8/2024: the code appeared via email but upon redeeming, the codes have been used up AGAIN. poor and fail. update 26/8/2024: i emailed the team and theyve been giving active responses therefore, the money goes back into my wallet and theyve created a note on the packs for buyers to understand to purchasing. Kudos to the team

I'm editing my review, I put 1 star in reaction due to deceptive wording that said I could redeem 5 purchases when it turns out I could only redeem 1! But thank you for having a place for customers to pick up extra bits and offering us a refund for unused codes when things go wrong like this. My only feedback would be to make it explicit how many purchases an item can be used and not mix it up with codes in the set. Some packs for example have different number wording about times they can be redeemed.

Easy to use and understand. Grateful such a service is available. They have an annoying and very automated customer service pop up that they should get rid of and it would be 5 stars if they had more things in stock. Instant Code Use

First purchase to do a test and everything went well, the code arrived second and it worked without problems. I still have my doubts so I don't think I'll make big purchases, but to get little things or cosmetics I'll keep giving it a chance

Ordered a few PR codes and promo packs. Each time, there was at least one code that was expired or otherwise used. A quick e-mail to Customer Service fixed the issue quickly and efficiently though.
