If I could rate 0 stars I would, this is the copy of my email to the support team: I purchased this code: [redacted] and despite never using this site before, the first code that I received from you all for a starter deck for a new player friend of mine was a complete and utter scam. I cannot even request a refund through your website because EVEN YOUR OWN WEBSITE KNOWS THAT IT WAS ALREADY CLAIMED AFTER THE FACT. The fact that you also send these codes back out to customers after someone requests a refund, but still has the code itself, is disgusting because this is clearly what happened: another customer waited out your 24-hour rule and then claimed it for themselves or the original seller is a rat themselves, either way what a dissapointment. I am formally requesting a refund for the product I paid for but never received, and I will be copying this email to the Better Business Bureau and your beloved Trustpilot, which you promote everywhere on your scam of a website.

Tried to confirm that I hadn't already used codes and nothing showed that I had. I purchased $17 worth of codes and all of them failed. Seems like a scam site to me.

They send my already used codes...

this site is absolute garbage! 3 in 4 chance to refund everything. Then they steal like 5 percent of your money per refund and you have to wait till the refund is done (3 - 4 hours or longer). Disgusting bs i paid like 100 euro 3 days ago and still cant use it.
