They lied to me several times saying the disputed items which the didn’t. That was the first red flags second is when I get told my sales agent no longer works for the company and when I message him he said he left because he got tired of all the shady things three told him to do to acquire a customer. The last final straw after trying several times to resolve by phone the I left my review on Facebook and the owner called me out and belittled me on social media and close my wife’s accounts for my honest review.

Jonathan, all our company attempted to do was provide clarification. We do not have a satisfaction guarantee, but we do have a guarantee based on the services and results at the completion of the 6 month time frame if we have not reached our point increase guarantee of 50 total points. In the call from July 2019 we clarified the duration of services again which is a six month time frame. The credit agencies alone by law have up to 45 days to respond back to audits, and that time alone has not been reached. You and your wife enrolled into our services on 04/24/2019. In a matter of less than 30 days we already sent out 134 total audits on your behalf, and for your wife a total of 58 audits. Many of our representatives attempted to address your concerns. We did provide services, but unfortunately you are not acknowledging that, we have proof of the work done so we have no worries there. We are not a shady business, we are completely transparent, provide information during your consultation, provide a detailed but easy to read service agreement. We're sorry to hear we were not a good fit for you as the expectations we set for our clients did not meet yours despite being provided clarification and a service agreement prior to starting services. Both of your accounts have been canceled out.
