I've been working with this for about 4 months all my credit scores were at about 700 across the board. Now they guarantee a minimum of 50 points increase but my score is dropping and go back up and really hasn't increased. So that guarantee of minimum of 50 points is currently in question.

Mr. Holmes, thank you for expressing your concerns. Our goal is to help our clients increase their credit scores by removing any inaccurate negative information from their reports. Nothing MSI does can cause a credit score to go down. There are factors outside our control that can impact credit scores though such as new negative items, new inquiries, or increase in of debts. We reviewed your file and do show that there were some changes on your credit report that would have impacted your scores to decrease. As far as our efforts to remove negative information we have already confirmed 2 negative accounts removed from all 3 credit bureaus which would help your credit scoring. A member of our team will be contacting you to resolve your concerns. We would appreciate if you would update your review based on the results we have been able to achieve. Thank you.

Kenneth Smith has been AMAZING!! I've referred several clients to him and he's been very diligent in contacting them in a timely manner. He is very professional, he always contacts me to give me updates and it really helps. I referred a family member to him in Nov, she needed her credit score to increase and get some derogtory items cleaned up and in a month a half Kenneth was able to help her jump 100pts and I was able to get her approved for a mortgage loan. She is not under contract for a new construction home! Using MSI, especially with Kenneth Smith truly works! I will continue to send all my clients to him!
