Jimmy good day sir. I am sorry you feel this way but as we told you yesterday it is impossible for someone’s credit scores to increase when you allow new collections. You received a new Verizon collection for $912. We told you from the beginning to not get new collections. That is like washing your car in the rain and then getting mad at the car wash company. Please tell the public that we removed 12 collections that reporting to all 3 bureaus. Tell the public that YOU got a new collection. Sorry Jimmy but sometimes you have to take ownership for your mistakes.
