Giving them the full 6 months
Response from MSI Credit SolutionsJul 6, 2020
Jordan, thank you so much for your feedback. We believe your concerns may be associated to cases were no deletions are made. These cases are rare, but in instances such as these, as long as all other obligations have been made, we still consider these for refund review. There are also many cases where changes are still made in month 6 of the program. We ask that you please give us the opportunity to finish this time frame and then earn the appropriate review. We'd be happy to clarify this further in a phone call. Your consultant has attempted to reach out to you for this information, but you may also contact us at 214-888-4990.

I do not recommend at all 6 mths later over a 1000 sent just to have same results waste of money

Donald, we appreciate your feedback. Your credit consultant attempted to reach out to you to address your concerns. A member of our management team will be in contact with you as well. Upon review of your file, it looks like there are steps that were not taken as part of the client obligations that would have allowed us to provide optimal results. We have been hard at work since day one on your file, but do show we never received credit correspondence back. Additionally, when it comes to credit scores we cannot do anything to cause scores to drop, but do show new items reported that would have impacted the calculation of your scores. We would be happy to go over these details with you. You can reach our support team at 214-888-4990 for assistance. Thank you.

If I could I would give a 10 star review! This company Is amazing! I have tried many credit companies in the past and by far this is the only company who has actually helped my credit! With the 6 months I’ve been with this company my credit has gone up 70 points! I have got many things removed from my name! It’s amazing not only does this company help you. They care to help you! My credit consultant Sergio has been very helpful! Helping me through the whole process, answering all my questions and has been there for every phone call and every text message the whole time!
