I was very skeptical about signing up any credit repair company, but decided to give it a try. My assigned client advisor is Hunter and I'm completely blown away by his work ethics. Hunter has gone above and beyond with customer service. He's been transparent, honest, and extremely communicative since day one of the program. Hunter brings forth a wealth of knowledge and has made my tedious credit situation bearable. Being about 3 months into the program, my credit score has increased over 100 points! I highly recommend MSI!

As promised MSI was able to get my credit scores raised to over 50 points for all 3 credit Bureaus. I am very satisfied with all their hard work! I will refer all my family and friends whom may need help with rising their credit scores.

My MSI experience overall have been good. However, it has been a slow process but I can see the light at the end of the tunnel. Speaking with the service team has given me the confidence that I will be able to reach the goals that I set out to achieve. I was consistently informed by the MSI team when any changes were updated with my account which was very important. I look forward to sharing my experience.

Choosing MSI was a huge mistake! When I first spoke with Adrian Vega he was a bit rude and pushy. He called me late one evening making guarantees that things were going to be easily removed off my credit report. Out of desperation I signed up. There was one item removed from my report and that I could've done myself. 5 months later my credit score did rise by 29 points according to Credit Karma. If you pay your credit cards down of course this will make your score rise. They guarantee that your score will rise 50 points or you'll receive a refund. They DON'T tell you that they add how much it rises together on all three credit bureaus (Equifax 30 TansUnion 32 and 29 Experian) they would say it rose by 89. They also use the numbers from Credit Karma which are not accurate. After receiving letters that were returned from senders because MSI sent them to the wrong address, sent letters out with my name mispelled (it was not mispelled on my credit report, SS card or DL ). After months of dealing with this on my 5th month I gave notice to make sure that my account was Canceled after my 6 months. I received a text from Adrian asking if I really wanted to cancel or continue and told me at this point the main thing that I wanted taken off my credit could not be taken off. He also paid for himself WITHOUT MY PERMISSION and pulled my credit report to see what was taken off. I asked him to cancel. He told me that September would be my last payment. After taking my payment out of my bank account on September 15th the same day I received an email that my MSI account had been deactivated. I was informed when I called that it was only my 5th month. At this point I was done!!! I no longer cared and didn't want to continue the rat race with this company. PLEASE DON'T USE this company you can send letters out on your own and you can have things removed from your credit report on your own by calling each company. MSI IS A JOKE AND A SCAM!!!

Excellent program! Although just getting started, have already seen positive results! Thrilled to be on my way to home ownership!
