Nicolas, we appreciate your feedback. We're sorry to hear you were dissatisfied with our services. We did want to provide clarification to some of your concerns. We were able to achieve deletions for you, but as our service agreement confirms, there are obligations that our clients need to uphold in order to see an optimal score increase. There are factors outside of our control that will hold back scores, even with achieving deletions for our clients. Our team was able to clarify that at multiple points in your time frame of being in our services the following impacted your scores: -9 new late payments were added to your credit. Payment history is the biggest factor that impacts 35% of your credit score. -2 new collections totaling $1914 were added to your credit. Additionally, debt is the second biggest factor that impacts 30% of your credit score. -80 new inquiries were added to your credit. Inquiries impact 10% of your credit score. -The recommended new line of credit was not established until 11/2020 and currently has a balance to limit ratio above 30% which we do not recommend. We were able to achieve the following deletions: -5 collections removed totaling $5388 in debt -1 late payment removed As of 01/29/2021 your point increase was: +69 point increase on Equifax +75 point increase on Experian +86 point increase on Transunion We're sorry we couldn't meet your expectations, despite MSI fulfilling their service agreement with the deletions and score increase we were able to achieve for you.
