I’m very happy with MSI helping me to improve my credit. Hunter has been really helpful and explaining everything since the beginning, I would recommend MSI to my family members and friends.

I have seen some changes in my credit scores, still early in my services with MSI.
Response from MSI Credit SolutionsMay 10, 2021
Diann, thank you for the feedback. We hope you can reconsider your rating. We have exceeded our service guarantee, and are still hard at work at getting you more results. As of your last report pulled we have been able to help you achieve a 215 total point increase, multiple late payments removed, and almost $12k removed from your credit report. We would be happy to speak with you with any questions you may have in regards to your score, or any questions you may have regarding the progress so far. We also show you spoke to a member of our housing department who also provided some more insight on the progress. You can reach our support team at 214-888-4990. We look forward to speaking with you.
