I have worked with other companies in the past and by far this is the best company and they have done so much for me and my credit score. They are always keeping me updated on progress and if any problems arise. Thank you MSI for everything

It is only one problem. 1) you do not return calls or respond back to complete previous discussions so that the client knows his or her stand . Keeping silence for days, weeks or months should not a business principles because you have a dateline as well as me! Let’s get to work. Thanks

MSI Credit solutions is amazing and has done a great job on fixing my credit. I never thought that I could get my scores up with all that had happen in my life, I thought the bad choices that put me in this position were going to haunt me forever. Thanks to MSI I will have the opportunity to buy a new car again or buy another house whichever the Man above decides to put in my path to do next in life.

My advice is to not use this company! (Please read update below). I feel bad rating the company this way because the young man I worked with was great. I worked with a young man named Turk, he was very helpful! In the beginning I was not pleased with him, because he wasn’t forthcoming with the price & fees and bargained with me for a lower fee than he introduced which lets me know there’s a bit of hustle. I chose to walk away, and Turk came around. There are fees and they want you to sign up with their credit monitoring company, I’m sure it’s not needed but they must have a deal with this company (it’s business I get it). The company helped me remove things from my report and I did my part in paying my bills and other things, so my score rose 80 - 90 points while working with them. One of the ways Turk helped me decide to go with his company was by telling me about their homebuyers program. I wasn’t so excited because I was new to town, but knew I may want to purchase in the near future. I reached out to the person who had been emailing me for months about preparing to purchase a home and boy do I wish I had not. His name is Ricardo. He was condescending. He called me from his car and you could feel the rush in his tone. He began by telling me this isn't a buyers market, then went on to explain how hard it is to get a home in this market. I stopped him as I was getting very overwhelmed with the flux of information and negativity and said “this doesn’t sound very positive I don’t know if it makes sense that you go on it doesn’t seem I’ll be able to get a house”. Very discouraged at that point I just wanted the conversation to end. He continued with telling me the difficulties with my situation (he didn’t know my situation)… I own my own business and have a nice little stash saved for my business but of course if I wanted a home I would use it for a down payment. I didn’t get a chance to explain that, I was being spoken down to by this man who was assuming everything and rarely asking a question. At about 3 minutes in I had had enough sass from this fast talking bottom feeder speaking down to me and mansplaining, and told him thank you and hung up. So the reason I chose the company and pay all the money is the exact reason I quit today. Sad! He’s full of knowledge in his field, and isn’t afraid to beat you over the head with it. I wish I had never used that company or given them my money and will leave a review on EVERY platform I can so people know. Be aware of who you’re investing in, choose yourself and don’t use this company. UPDATE: the company responded to my review of not being pleased by saying I left a review because of “INSECURITIES”. Definition of insecurity is: uncertainty or anxiety about oneself; lack of confidence. I am quite confident in myself and confident in why I am not pleased with your company. Please do better MSI, your response and attack is a reflection of why I am not happy with your company. Your response is much like that of a bully. My review will NOT be removed.

Vanica has been very helpful and has kept me informed. It’s definitely a process but so far so good!
