I was looking for a Nice ring to give my wife for our 45th wedding anniversary. The people here were very helpful in helping me choose a ring without breaking the bank. They claimed up to 10 business days and it was well over at around 20. I emailed on the 10th day and got a reply saying they had a new building method and it takes longer. Their information needs to be updated and they need to let customers know ahead of time to prevent failure of timed events when it comes to things like engagements. Edit: They also tried to bribe me with a discount for improving my score to 5 after all this. I am only adding this because they now replied to the review properly and forgot to disclose on this reply that they tried to make me change the review based on getting a future discount.
