It took a little while to wait for the hand crafting of my ring, but I really love it. It’s beautiful and engraved and more than I could hope for. I’m very satisfied and I would purchase from them again. It was also great that they offer larger sizes.

My first order was too small and the stone seemed a little cloudy. When I contacted MSBlue, they said they would make it right and they did! Love my new ring!

EVERYTHING WAS GREAT! THE NECKLACE IS BEAUTIFUL!

First the company is from China not the United States and the product looked cheap. They gave me a hard time on returning the item and charged me 30% as well as shipping it back. They probably make most of thier money on restocking fees.

Dear Emilio, We truly apologize for the disappointment you experienced with your purchase and the return process. We understand how frustrating it can be when expectations are not met, and we regret that our service did not meet your standards. We are sorry for any confusion regarding our location. While we do have global operations, we always aim to provide the best service no matter where our products are shipped from. We strive for transparency in our business practices and value customer feedback. Regarding the restocking fee, it is outlined in our return policy, but we understand this may have caused frustration. We will review your case to ensure our policies are communicated more clearly in the future. Thank you for your feedback, and we will use it to improve our services. Best regards, MSBLUE Customer Service Team
