Look for dog beds elsewhere
I think an FBI investigation is warranted. These people are using the Internet to STEAL people’s hard earned money! This whole deal is a SCAM, don’t be the next sucker to join their ever growing list of aggrevated and disappointed “customers” These folks are despicable, one star review is too generous!

ACHTUNG VORSICHT

I wouldn't buy anything with this company
A relative told me about this great product so I ordered without researching the company. Ordered during Black Friday sale. Received confirmation and shipping info on Dec 1. On 12/29 still no delivery. Was supposed to be 7 to 10 days. Have made contact multiple times and keep getting same lame response about how they can't control shipping delays. They will not request a refund. I am disputing the charge with my credit card company. Not sure if this is fraudulent but it sure feels like it at this point. They should be clear about shipping times before purchase.

Byron, we totally get why you're upset about the shipping delays. We hate it when things don't go as planned, and we're sorry for any inconvenience this has caused. We're working on improving our communication, and we'd really appreciate your patience. Thank you for bearing with us, and we hope to get your order to you soon.

Montant 126,40€!! A fuir !!!

I had high hopes for my orders
I had high hopes for my orders. The first one I placed on 12-5-24 still has not arrived and according to tracking has been sitting in Illinois for the past three weeks. My email to the company was unresponsive. They referred to my second order and said it was on its way. It obviously is not. But I looked at the information for the second order then. It is the right bed but is being sent to an address in San Francisco, and I live in Arizona. Perhaps these two events are unusual for this company, but they are the only two have made, and I will never advise anyone to purchase from them again. I have notified my credit card company that this may be a scam operation too.

I ordered this bed in XXL on December…
I ordered this bed in XXL on December 1st, it is now December 30th and I have not received the bed or an update on delivery!! I have emailed these people several times and they keep saying “Well it’s the holidays so it may take a little longer to get there. When I track the package it shows it’s still sitting at there warehouse in NJ. No activity at all!! I would think it should have been picked up from their facility and is in transit by now! Now I’m wondering if it is a scam!! So, buyer Beware!! I will update if I finally receive the bed!
Response from MrFluffyFriend™Jan 3, 2025
Hi Mary, we’re truly sorry for the frustration this delay has caused. We understand how disappointing it must be to not have received your order yet. It’s not the experience we want for you. The holidays have indeed slowed some shipments, but we are looking into this and will provide an update shortly. If you have any further concerns, feel free to reach out. Thank you for your patience!
