DO NOT BUY
I believe this company is fraudulent. I placed an order 3 weeks ago and NOTHING has happened. I contacted their customer service and they assured me the order was already in transit and blamed the problem on USPS. The USPS tracking information has not changed and they report that they have not received the package. I have filed a dispute with my CC company, which they kindly honored. Mr Fluffy Friend customer service has been unresponsive to any further requests for information.

I ordered two of these dog beds and…
I ordered two of these dog beds and immediately received confirmation of my order. They also said that I would be receiving an email within a day or two stating that it had been shipped and giving me the tracking number. Over a week later I emailed the company and asked when I would receive that email and also the beds. They stated it would be 30 to 40 days!!! I state that was mot acceptable and since they had not shipped, to please cancel my order. They said they could not do that !…. What? Why!!! They have not even been shipped !!!! Bad way to do business. Would not recommend this company to anyone!!!

Terribl company
If I could rate a negative number I would. I ordered over a month ago and I have no beds. They have said in Elk Grove, Ill for 2 weeks now. I’ve written them to cancel and refund my money but they won’t do it. Now I read the ratings on them and they are 1.1-2.9! Pretty awful. Don’t buy It’s1-5-25. I still don’t have my products. This company is a fraud. I hate them and they do nothing to help me. I’ve asked for my money back ands they say no.

First it took a month from order to…
First it took a month from order to receipt, from California. It arrived today and is crap. The material is flimsy and anticipate it not lasting. For $90 it is a waste of money. So I reached out, got an email that asked me for specifics, never heard back. SAVE OUR MONEY

I wish I had read these reviews before…
I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered mine. Same story as everyone else here. Ordered 3 weeks ago. They told me they shipped it. They didn’t. The label has only been created my guess is to string me along. Hopefully these reviews will continue and this company will be done scamming people.

Poor business practice-little communication to questions about where order is located
I cannot get an answer from Mr FluffyFriend about where my order I placed to be received for Christmas is. I’ve tried the only method of contact with NO response. My tracking number is 9305 5105 9720 4434 4443 28. When I track it says unknown after info about the origination of order. Order #312264.

This is a crap company
This is a crap company. DON'T BUY FROM THEM! Ordered first part of December and no product. They refuse to update the BS of a tracking link and will get back with me. Have to find a way to get my money back. BS f...g of a company!!! 😡😡😡😡
