This is the WORST- I ordered the bed 12/6 and still have not received. The email responses appear to be AI. I would never recommend this company to anyone. The UPS tracking is not correct. The item has sat at the same location for weeks. The company has NO customer service phone number. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING from this company. It’s fraudulent. I am going to run a DUN and BRADSTREET report in them and will post the results! STAY AWAY!

Should have read the reviews before placing my order for MrFluffy bed. I placed my order on 11/20/24 and after waiting for OVER A MONTH ive still not received it as 1/1/25. They advertise 7-10 days for delivery. Tracking is ridiculous and shows it's in New Jersey but it hasn't moved. This may be a fraudulent company and DO NOT recommend purchasing from them.

Ordered but never received. Found out from others who received this product it is a low quality piece of junk and they do not honor their warranty.

I ordered my beds for my dogs on December 1st. I have not received them and according to shipping there are now in NewYork when they were sitting in New Jersey. Didn’t travel far. I am disappointed and they haven’t even arrived yet.

I placed an order for a XL McFluffyFriend Anxiety dog bed on the 16th of December and like so many other customers the tracker shows my bed has been setting in Tijuana, Mexico since December 17th? I have sent multiple messages to Info @ MrMcfluffy and received no response. I am going to try and see if I can get my Credit Card company to reverse the charge.

I ordered the bed and sofa cover on the 13th or 14th of December and still have not received them. I have emailed the company at least 6 times and they tell me "It's the holidays". If I had read all of the negative reviews before purchasing them I would not have ordered from this company. Plus there is no order number on the receipt. LIVE AND LEARN TO READ THE REVIEWS FIRST!

DO NOT BUY...SCAM Ordered on 12/19/24 it's now 12/31/24 and nothing. Seems BBB or my Attorney General’s Office should be able to help. It's shameful that companies are allowed to do this

After waiting about 6 wks, and them repeatedly telling me there's a delay in manufacturing a delay in processing, a delay in transit, whatever the delay was... I've asked a refund for this XL bed almost $100, I dont think my dog will live long enough to ever see the damn bed at this rate I will look for my refund and be looking for another company who actually makes and delivers a good dog bed and isn't a scam and a ripoff !!!!! 😤😡
