We ordered an XXlarge for our 90 lb. lab. We are disappointed at the lack of stuffing. There is practically none in the bottom and very little in the sides. Loved the color (dark grey) and "fur". We have 2 of the same style from other manufacturers that are much fuller. Will probably buy some pillow stuffing & restuff it.

I have purchased a bed but I have not received any shipping information or tracking information for the bed yet. Or receive the bed.

Based on the photos and the description I was expecting a super fluffy dog bed. 24 hours later it is still very flat. I have placed it on top of the dog bed I was hoping to replace. We’ll see if it fluffs up anymore. I understand that for ease of shipping, all the air is taken out of it so it is completely flat and folded in a small plastic bag. But one would think 24 hours later it would fluff up as described in the photos and description. So far I’m extremely disappointed. The only thing I like about it is the color.

Poor quality bed..The inside is cheap stuffing..Nothing how it is portrayed to be at that cost..The outer fabric is soft but underneath cheap material..The website is misleading..It is not a luxury item...I dont have a high income and had to save for the bed..I was very upset to be frank..Fancy photos and website thats about it..I gave it 2 stars only for the softness of the top fabric..

We have yet to receive the order placed over 3 weeks ago. In addition, we still cannot track the shipment. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this purchase since it has taken far too long. From the warehouse prep time to actual shipping, which international should be expedited or via DHL, FedEx, UPS…not the USPS service which is slow. Customer Service are courteous and responsive but we still have not received our order. Almost a month for a product is disappointing.

It took forever to receive the package, and when I opened it I was disappointed. The "fluffy" bed was much smaller than expected even though the dimensions stated otherwise. My 1 year old puppy weighs 10-11lbs and uses the bed as though its one of his plush toys!

Very cute and cuddly bed. smaller than expected. Problem is that plastic rules from interior every time dog moves. very annoying. Why put plastic paper on the inside?
