The bed mainly lacked stuffing and did not look anything like in the photo. It also took a month to arrive. Wrapped tightly in a grey bag and tape, the outer wrapper was destroyed to get the bed out of the bag. I have 6 dogs and none of them will use it, now out 2 weeks. Then I tried to return it and it had to be untouched in the original packing, sent back to China, customs tax, etc....I and the dogs are very disappointed. I took a partial refund to not have to return it, thinking I might be out the money and the bed. I might try putting more stuffing in it myself. I am a veterinarian of 40 years in the profession and am VERY realistic. If it had looked like the photos, I think the dogs might have used it.

Took about two months to deliver, which is far too long. Then product quality not as expected for the high price. Disappointing.

This dog bed is far smaller and less plush than indicated in your advertising. And as you realize, I waited an unconscionable amount of time for the delivery. And since the order, I've been inundated with ads from your organization -- obviously I was expecting something more, what?, proportionate to how much steam you people generate. Coda, a 4 year old Norwich terrier, used it exactly once. Imagine my disappointment.

We find for the price that this Pet bed is completely under stuffed with filling! Though our dog finds the cover satisfying it's as if she is just laying on the floor with a thin pad under her! Disappointed!

Not as pictured

I can't review the bed yet, as it hasn't arrived. I ordered it on 4/16 and it is now 5/7. I am giving 2 stars because when I emailed the company a week ago asking when the bed would ship, they were very quick to answer. I did appreciate that. I can now at least see that the bed has shipped and is making its way to me.

Very Disappointed. Item is flimsy and not well padded. A huge misrepresentation and way overpriced for the quality received. It’s worth about $35.00. I will not be ordering anything further from this company.
