It’s been 3 weeks and have not received my order.

I ordered this over a month ago and paid and still have not received it

I ordered it 12/14 and isn't still here yet! Can't write a review when you don't have it....... and they don't provide you with tracking information.

You are asking for a review for a product I never received, it’s still in transit since 12/15. I contacted you on 12/21 and was given a tracking number which i already had and was told the package is in transit it would take 14/22 days it’s in the fulfillment center in Illinois and you could not track it. I sent a 2nd email on 1/2 and have not heard back. I just received notification my package is now in California! I live in NY. So tell me how can I give you any type of good review! I will not recommend ordering from MrFluffy Friend again!

I have received nothing!!!!

Purchase date 12/13/24 and have not received product currently. Followed up with customer support and was told to wait 20 to 30 days. Disappointed ☹️

Received nothing. UPS has a label. Nothing more. Contacted them repeatedly but no response. Going to take it up with my credit card.

Seeing these bad reviews are nice knowing I'm not the only one! Ordered Dec 6th,and still no package, still no answers( no customer service!) As of Jan3rd. They just thank me for my patience! Just all around $69 mistake from trusting this shitty company!!
