I would love to provide a review of the actual product, but it’s been 3 weeks and still hasn’t shipped. I have been following the tracking and it’s still sitting in a warehouse. I contacted customer support who assured me 14-22 days on average. I understand the holidays, but every company ships on time during this season and seems to be ineptness. Customer service even asked for patience why they work to deliver in a timely manner. Maybe it will arrive before next Christmas!! Hoping the actual bed is much better than the logistics. Based on this experience, I will never order from this company again, buyer be ware!!

I would leave a zero star review if I could. Ordered on Dec. 12 and it still hasn't shipped. Wanted the item for my very anxious dog in anticipation of fireworks but today is Jan. 5 and still do not have my order.

Something went wrong with your company in December of 2024. I among several others have the same complaint. We have not received our products, but my credit card has paid this. Is this company a scam?? I would really just love the bed. If or when I do receive it, I sure hope it's all they claim it to be.
