I ordered 2 beds on 12/13/2024 and received them on 1/4/2025. I do not find the beds to be any different than the beds I bought my dogs 5 years ago for $20.00.

My little boy Jake is 11years old and is a full-blown diabetic and his knees are trashed is the reason why I went for your MrFluffyFriend it Took a while to get here but my big problem is I trusted your sizing that you suggested for a 10 pound 4 oz. dog which was a small bed your sizing is way off this bed is made for a very small dog which would be what you call extra small not one that weighs 10 lbs. 4 oz. which is what you’re sizing chart said to get so I am stuck with a small bed that my dog is not happy with so I guess you would probably say it’s my fault for not ordering a medium.So I am asking you if I can return this small bed back to you or donate it to my local pound and pay you the difference to get a medium with a 60% off so I can have one of your beds for my little boy Jake who I am trying to to keep as comfortable as possible can.

I ordered the bed on December 13th and am still waiting for delivery.

What went wrong ??? Well when you order, they say arrival of product within 7 to 14 days . . . then customer service will tell you arrival of product 14 to 22 days . . . here we are at 22 days and still no product arrival . Product might be great, but hard to say if you can't even get it.

If had known it would take so long to arrive, I would have simply went to a pet store to see what was available. I can't answer the question as to how I and my pet appreciate the Mr. Fluffy since I have yet to use it. I ordered it on December 15th and it is past the new year. I guess had I know it would take this long, it better be worth the wait. I guess I am too accustomed to using Amazon to see and know when an order will arrive or if there will be a delay.

Purchased bed on 12/15 - have yet to receive despite getting in touch with company. Told it can take a few weeks but this is getting ridiculous - tempted to cancel and get my money back.

I placed an order on 12/15/24 , never received the order and has emailed twice about this problem and no one has ever responded. I am still waiting for delivery or a refund.

Be careful! I placed an order a month ago and still have not received. I have sent several emails and still can’t get an answer other than, “due to increased orders, we are working on your order.” I think this is a scam so be careful!
