My French Bulldog is in seventh heaven…
My French Bulldog is in seventh heaven in his new Mr Fluffy bed. He seeks out rest and a sense of security in his MrFluffy bed. It is not an exaggeration to say that the bed has noticeably improved his overall quality of life. An added benefit is that the bed although soft and encompassing is constructed without stuffing. My dog has not been able to resist destroying earlier beds by ripping out stuffing. That won’t happen here!!

Hey Gabriel, Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We’re delighted to hear that your French Bulldog is enjoying his bed and that it has made such a positive impact on his quality of life. It’s heartwarming to know that he finds comfort and security in it. We’re also happy that the design of the bed has helped prevent any destructive behavior. We strive to create products that are not only cozy but also durable for our furry friends. Thank you for choosing Mr. Fluffy for your pup’s comfort. We look forward to assisting you with your next purchase.

GREAT PRODUCT & GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE
We have 2 full-grown yellow labs and ended up purchasing 2 beds. Our dogs love their new beds! My wife and I are thrilled. Because we ordered during the holidays we expected that the order would take a bit longer to get to us (which it did). When I emailed the Customer Service for a status on the order they responded in less than 2 hours. Very friendly staff and realize how important good customer service is...especially these days. Overall I would highly recommend the product most importantly but it sure is nice knowing that if there is ever an issue there is a great team backing a great product. Couldn't be happier with this purchase.

We’re also pleased that our customer service team was able to respond quickly and assist you. We pride ourselves on providing top-notch service, and it’s wonderful to know it enhanced your experience. We truly appreciate your recommendation, and we look forward to serving you again in the future.

I initially gave this company, maybe, a one star rating because it took over a month for us to get the dog bed that we ordered. I was also annoyed that they had asked us to leave a review before we had received the product. I felt frustrated, but we finally received it and it's very nice and our dog loves it very much. I understand that the holidays are really hectic and they did send it USPS and we all know what a disaster that is. Honestly, I should be rating the postal service, not mister fluffy friend, lol However, like I said, We did finally receive our product and we all love it and we are very happy with the company. Next time, If we order again, I will make sure it is well before the Holiday season. The Company, honestly, has been a great to work with. They have responded to all of my emails And they even gave us a percentage back on our product for the inconvenience. I would definitely Order from this company again.

Nice bed
Ordered my Jack Russell a dog bed and shipping was to be around 2 weeks. Long story short, they were over ordered and it took a little longer.. I emailed Mr Fluffy Friend and they stuck with me the entire time and assured me it was coming.Sure enough this week bed was delivered. Wrapped beautifully and bed was nicer than I imagined. My Russell approves. Customer service is top notch. Thank you ,again, Mike Williams.
