If I had known it was going to take so long to arrive, I would have gone to a retail outlet and purchased an alternative - even though it would have cost more. I would have appreciated knowing how long it would take to arrive (just prior to placing the order). I feel like I was mislead. I also would have appreciated knowing it was manufactured and coming from China. I think I would have preferred to buy something locally made and paid the extra. Unfortunately, they've lost a customer. I won't be buying anything from them again, regardless of the discounts applied.

I have not received the order yet and considering it said 7 to 12 days for shipping and it is nearly a month now I am not impressed.

There are many more USA made options. This came on a slow boat directly from China. Took OVER two and a half months and would have cost me over $50. to return… back to China! No US return address. Arrived too late to gift. Find something with good karma…with a USA return policy/location. I must add, however, that the customer service agents were very helpful and kind women. Other reviews were true. The product and service were VERY good…the time it took was unacceptable. I hope they get a USA based link …for returns especially.
