When we got Spike 2 years ago he was suffering anxiety a great deal and we would just rub him until he quieted down. Then we saw an ad for Mr. Fluffy Friend and decided to try it. Anything for Spike! At first he just fluffed it up and wouldn't sit on it. We put toys on it and then my husband's shirt, who is his buddy. We can't get him away from his bed now! He loves it!

The first order was too small and the website seemed a little to what size bed for which size. Rather than go through the ridculous chore of returning them at my own expense considering that place is China I kept them and ordered another larger that my dog loves.

Great way to ease your dogs anxiety
First I ordered the anxiety bed and Charlie took to it right away and loved it. It really helped calm him down so I ordered the anxiety blanket and it’s just as great. If you have a dog or animal that’s hyper or has anxiety those products are the best and reasonably priced.

The company was great at keeping in touch with me.
The company was great at keeping in contact with a shipping delay. Kept me updated every step of the way. My son's cat is having some stress issues. They just moved and he is having some trouble getting acclimated. As soon as we put the bed down he climbed in and has not come back out lol. The only thing I wish is that there was an expedited shipping option as I would have paid more to get it sooner.

I want to right a wrong. My previous review was hasty and inaccurate.
I ordered a MFF bed at the end of December, 2024 and it took approximately 5 weeks to arrive. Tracking the bed showed it was somewhere in NJ for weeks. I contacted customer service after about 2 weeks and received prompt reply saying delivery could be delayed due to holiday. The package continued to be in NJ going back and forth to post offices for another week. I reached out again and asked someone to find the package. I received another response they would investigate. It was during this time I received an email from trust pilot asking for a review. I wrote about not receiving the item after 3+ weeks and was frustrated. The problem may not be the fault of MFF. In my defense, I was scammed last year on eBay for a purchase and given a false tracking number. This was my first purchase from MFF and was nervous about shipping time. Anyway, here's the happy news. I received the bed, our dog walked over, lay down and went to sleep. Just like that. Really. She loves it. Makes her so happy. We bought another🥳 and it was delivered in about 4 days. She loves it too. I would send pics if I could. So pleased. Well made. Everything we hoped it would be. I'm sorry MFF but thank you so much.
