I received my order and it is still in…
I received my order and it is still in the sealed bag and you can clearly see through the bag that it already has an 11/2 to 2 inch rip in it before my dog even got a chance to try it out. I thought for pretty near $100 it would be more substantial than it is.

Couch cover
If this is the order for the couch cover, the cover barely covers a recliner back, definitely not a couch as pictures show.

Not what I would have ordered
Considering that you lost my order, I think that you made a good recovery. However I am not very happy with the product itself. In the advertisement it appears that the dog bed is very full of stuffing, but it is not anything close to that. Having been able to reconsider my choice I would not have chosen this product.

Took to long to arrive
Took to long to arrive, not able to wash bedding cover as no Zips to take cover off.

Hello Donna , I am really so sorry about this experience. Our MrFluffyFriend Pet Bed is designed to last, so you and your fluffy friend can enjoy it for a long time to come. The bed does not have a zipper because it is completely machine washable. Wash at 30 degrees and the bed is as good as new. If the bed does not fit in your washing machine, you can wash it by hand without any problems. We try to constantly improve our products and services with helpful feedback like yours.

What I purchased is a cheap imitation…
What I purchased is a cheap imitation of the snooza dog bed. I thought I’d give you guys a try as I am a dog breeder and have 8 dogs. I guess you get what you pay for, as the snooza is far superior in quality and serviceability. Mr Fluffy you have to wash the whole bed and it looses all its shape. The snooza, you unzip and only wash the exterior of the bedding. Very disappointed, will be sticking with the snooza in future.

Dissatisfied
I was disappointed with the bed when l received it, l ordered a medium sized one but was too small for my dog which it’s called a ‘puglier’ it was more suited for a puppy or a ‘toy’ dog miniature poodle for example, l don’t think it was worth $70, l know now l could have bought one here cheaper. Unfortunately I went by the weight on your chart in my bed choice and it is much too small for my dog😕

Useless!
It took for ever to arrive. There was no indication when I purchased that it would be so long. Even more importantly it is way to small. I purchased recommended size and it is useless. Very disappointed.
