Over a month and no product
Ordered on Dec 2, 2024 and it is now Jan 6, 2025 and no product yet - still not received by USPS so it's not even close to being here. My best guess is that this company must be drop-shipping items from overseas and doesn't have any US inventory, which is why shipping is taking so long for everyone. I am not even sure it will be a quality product when it does finally arrive, as other reviews now describe major shrinkflation. Contacting the company by email or their form is totally useless - they just give you the tracking number again, say sorry and that things are delayed. I deserve it for falling for a social media scam that this company obviously is. I should have just ordered the same thing for $11 on Temu since that is probably where these are coming from anyway.

DO NOT BUY
How can you review a product you have never received! I ordered early December and as of 1/6/2025 have not yet received the dog bed. I reached out to CS and received general responses about how USPS works. I've disputed the charge on the my cc as fraud and have requested the company to cancel any orders. Very disappointing experience.

Terrible Service
Ordered 12/17 for a dying dog. 1/6 still no bed. Now told it can take up to 22 days. Order confirmation said 7 to 10. This company is a scam. Do not buy from them. You won't get your product.

It’s been almost a month in and I still…
It’s been almost a month in and I still haven’t received the two beds - $178 and they have been in the same location in IL per tracking all along. The company is giving me the roundabout - I’ve reached out to them FIVE times asking for help but now they are not even honouring a request for cancellation. They have ”hopes” it will arrive after 22 days in the exact same location with the shipping company ”still awaiting item”. They say it’s been shipped but take zero responsibility for making sure a customer receives the items. Feels like fraudulent to me so I have initiated a claim with my credit card company instead.

NEVER GOT THE PRODUCT
Ordered the product on December 10th. It is now 26 days and counting. My last emails were never even answered. Is this company a scam? Be careful about ordering. You may wait longer than I did and I'm still waiting.

I ordered a dog bed Dec 15,2024
I ordered a dog bed Dec 15,2024. It is now Jan 6, 2025 and I have not received the dog bed nor have I heard from the company as to where it is at. I have sent numerous emails asking about my order. The only thing I know is that the post office is waiting for item. I understand it was during the holidays but this has been an awful experience with this company
