Wanted to share sincere appreciation to Mr Fluffy Friend for their customer service in backing their product and in taking the time to listen to my feedback. In support of complete customer satisfaction, due to a sizing error, I was refunded and grateful to have been able to resolve the problem. Thank you.

Originally my purchase was not filled…
Originally my purchase was not filled as requested. After expressing my dissatisfaction i was contacted by the CEO. He then proceeded to give me a partial refund after having said I would recieve a full refund. However he did correct their mistake and I am now satisfied with my interaction with the company. The dog bed is as advertised and Oliver is using the bed daily! Thankyou for your attention to this matter. Kind Regards Brian and Oliver

Bed is okay. CEO made the experience better.
I think this bed is overpriced for the quality. But I will say that I had a very positive experience with the CEO when I voiced my concerns. He sent me a second bed for free in hopes that the quality was better the second time around.

The Bed arrived a week late
The Bed arrived a week late, and when I unpacked the bed, it wasn't fluffy at all. I had to add soft pillows to fill out the liner so it would look as close as it did in your picture.

I see that you ordered a calming cushion. Because the cushion arrives in parts and is vacuum-packed for shipping, it can sometimes take a little time, fluffing, and adjusting for it to fully expand into its intended shape and comfort level. We’d also be happy to send you a helpful setup guide with tips on how to properly fluff and assemble the bed for the best result via email. We truly appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve both our product presentation and customer experience. 🐾

My bed was delivered to a in incorrect apt complex…
My bed was delivered to a in incorrect apt complex when Mr Mcfluffy sent me pics of the door and doormat o advised them that , that was not my apt door. They immediately replaced and sent me another bed which I appreciate as they did not have to do that. That's great customer service
