The beds finally arrived after 4 weeks. I saw the note to let the beds sit out first 24 hours before giving to my dogs. It took 24 hours for the awful smell to subside from the beds. The quality is ok though not what I expected based on the pictures. All in all these will be our first and last beds. If the quality was really good I could overlook the slow shipping speed. Disappointed. And these are not made in the USA as stated on line. MADE IN CHINA. So what is the chemical odor? What are these made of?

Ordered on 8th December and still not received - supposedly it's at the depot. After I left this review this morning. The parcel has turned up so grateful it's arrived in time for Christmas.

Overall I was anxious and concerned because there is no customer service number. I wrote questioning the delivery date and appreciated the immediate response. My bed came in time for me to send to Canada as a xmas present. My son sent me a video and his dog went right to the bed. My only complaint is I ordered red and it came as light tan color. If that was the only flaw I guess I am satisfied.

I ordered a bed on 12/01, which was shipped on 12/02. Today is 12/21 and when I try to track the order, it is still somewhere in NJ. I contacted MrFluffyFriend and was told to be patient. Update- I finally received the bed and my dogs like it a lot. I am still unhappy that it took 30 days to receive it. The company needs to be upfront about shipping and delivery timing.

Customer service and speed of response was very good - but I fear this is possibly because they receive a lot of queries re status of orders. My 4-7 day delivery took a month. The bed does not look as 'sturdy' as on the website but the colour and size is accurate. Am glad there was a Black Friday price offer as I would not have liked to pay the stated RRP price for what I received. UPDATE I received a nice acknowledgement to this review, which finished with hoping the bed was a nice addition for my son's place. It's a dog bed, for a dog - I do not have a son. I rest my case!

Update: Finally received the bed! (Took several weeks to get here) It's smaller than I would have liked, even though I ordered according to guidelines. The bottom doesn't have much cushion, so I just placed it on top of the old dog bed. Our dog really likes the comfort and feel, but we're having a problem with her pulling out/chewing the fur. We'll wait and see how this goes.

I still have not received the bed and I ordered it 12/2. It’s now 12/19.

so very disappointed and hoped they would be as pictured. Logistics is obviously an issue with this organisation but they should be honest and upfront. I've been waiting since 25th November and had a number of emails exchanges but still no beds. And a standard "check the tracking" which has never moved and the number not even started in royal mails site. Any update (or even better the items delivered) would be good. But getting radio silence now since I said I would want my money back My beds arrived Monday and Tuesday this week which I was relieved with. I did say I would update the review as they do look ok but dogs not tried yet as for Xmas. Do hope they consider there communication in future and probably would find it they gave realistic delivery time people would still buy and not complain. Increased my rating from 1 to 3but could have done without the stress
