Poor service and product depiction is inaccurate
The 15 days to deliver the item is way too long. I paid $69 for a dog bed worth about $30. The internal diameter of the bed is only 17 inches, my dog does not want to lay in it. I will give the bed to a local animal shelter. Please refund my money now.

Service client inexistant
Aucune réponse, site sans profil client, pas de suivi de colis envoyé après réception du paiement de la commande ... Colis informé livré par un suivi de colis reçu le même jour: pas de colis chez moi ... Aucun moyen de contacter le service de livraison. Formulaire de contact de Fluffy inefficace, personne ne répond (j'ai fait 2 courriers via ce biais).. Bref à fuir. 2 jours après la publications de cet avis: Le colis a été retrouvé autour de la maison. FluffyFriends n'a répondu a aucun de mes mails ni formaulaire de contact mais a daigné répondre à mon avis sur Trustpilot...

Significantly smaller than anticipated
The shipping was slow. The bed is significantly smaller than anticipated. The photo shows two larger dogs stretched out on one bed. I ordered the largest size bed and it barely fits one dog. I have a small golden and a six month old shepherd.

Still waiting.
Ordered but still not received might as well gone out and brought a new dog bed far quicker.Iv very much doubt it will ever turn up or get a refund. I really thought one of these beds would be helpful for my nervous young dog by the looks of the other reviews waste of money Communication not good with this company either sends you tracking numbers that do not track! you live and learn.Be warned.Very disappointing.

Not what it purports to be!
the bed itself purports to be very heavily discounted already, which it is, but it is in no way worth anywhere near the starting pricepoint, in fact, it is of such a poor quality that it isn't even worth the discounted price. Very similar beds of this quality can be purchased from other well known sites/pet stores at half this price. Yes, they do offer you a return if unhappy with the product, but fail to mention, that this is at your own cost....to China!! managed to negotiate a discount of 30% and have donated the bed to local charity. This an "en mass" mailing, big sell project selling something that is definitely not what is says it is. it is a poorly made, very poor quality and very overpriced dog bed.

Die Bestellung von dem Hundebett dauerte ca.10 Tage . Es kam in einer Plastiktüte völlig zusammen gedrückt. Ok es ging dann mit schütteln das es sich entfaltete. Leider war das Bett zu klein und ich wollte es zurück schicken. Doch der Versand würde nach China gehen, was mehr Porto kostet wie das Bett. Wollte gegen ein größeres umtauschen, doch das geht nicht. Würde höchstens 30% auf ein neues Bett bekommen. Das bringt aber nichts, weil ich das kleine doch behalten muss. Frechheit das sollten Sie vorher angeben. Die haben mir dann 15% vom Kaufpreis angeboten das ich dann auch angenommen hab. Einmal und nie wieder!!!!!

Pedido “enviado” el 12 de abril 2024. Al poner el número de seguimiento del pedido en la página del transportista veo q mi pedido aún no está entregado al transportista. A día de hoy y después de varios emails solicitando información del estado de mi pedido no tengo respuesta por parte del vendedor. A ver si tengo más suerte por este canal
