Haven’t received yet and I ordered a…
Haven’t received yet and I ordered a month ago. Stuck I. Transit at Elk Grove village, IL since Dec 19. Contacted this company several times with no response. Don’t order from this company, bunch of scammers. You will never receive your order.

Never Delivered
I ordered two beds on Dec 13, then followed up on Dec 30 because I never received the beds. I was told they were sent on Dec 15 but I have still not received the beds.

worst company to do business with
I ordered my dog bed on 12-15-24. It still has not arrived and I get no response from the "customer service". I have written to them many times on their application as they require and not once have I heard from them. I have initiated a charge dispute with my bank to get my money back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

As of this date (6 Jan 2025), I have not received the item I purchased. However, the 56.00 was taken from my account about 3 weeks ago. I have contacted your company thru your "email" system several times (over 5) to no avail. This company is at the bottom of my list for ordering Christmas presents. I will never again use this company. If you are as good as you're touting yourself to be, then I would hope that you could resolve my problem ASAP.

Placed my order on Dec 11
Placed my order on Dec. 11 and have been repeatedly told that it is on it's way. As of today, Jan.6, the tracking shows no movement from their facility. I'm very disappointed as I threw my dogs old bed away in anticipation of this new one arriving in a timely fashion. Update, received my order on Jan 6.

Have not received order after 3 weeks!
Order #316135 was placed on 12/16 and still have not received. I am not pleased that I still have not received the dog bed after 3 weeks!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
Interesting that I get an email to share my experience with the order I placed almost a month ago and haven’t received yet. I would be happy to share how my dog likes her bed if we had received it. Obviously, I do not recommend buying from this company. I’m beginning to think I will not receive the bed. My card has been charged but no bed. Hmmmm, better business bureau maybe?

I find it interesting that I am asked to rate our experience with McFluffyFriend when we have yet to receive the dog bed ordered weeks ago. A case of the left hand not knowing what the right hand is doing??
