Can’t review what I haven’t received yet. Don’t even have a delivery date.

I find it curious that I received a request to review my order BEFORE I have actually received it!! I just sent an email to the company asking where my order is. I received a shipping notification 7 days ago (order placed nearly 2 weeks ago), but my order still says, “Shipping label created, USPS is awaiting item”. Where is my order?

The fluffy dog pillow was big but it has very little padding on the bottom of it and my dogs don’t like sleeping on it.

I’m not sure why… but my 2 rescue doggies didn’t take to the bed. I thought it was wonderful and can’t figure out why they don’t like it as much as I do. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Took forever to arrive. Drop shipped from China. Exact product is available from KMart for less than half the price.

For the price this is a very flimsy bed, unevenly stuffed, that probably won't make it through a first washing. But was grateful I received something after many reviews said the product was never delivered.

I ordered three beds on 6-29. It’s taking forever to have these delivered and shipping s as bd tracking information doesn’t tell you anything. Two of the bed’s finally came. Still waiting for a third. Why this takes so long is beyond me. I wanted to order other things but probably won’t because of the time it takes to deliver. Hasn’t had any info on where the third one is. The beds themselves are ok.

I followed your suggestions re size bed for a Maltese dog. I chose size M. My dog was quite skeptical about trying it out. It took a week and he decided and I concur that it is miles too small, hence he will not use it. I have already spent $70 Aus. on an unuseable bed. The bed is great but too small.
