I honestly don't blame the company for my experience, but it wasn't what I hoped. First, I have a 25 pound terrier mix so I thought the large would be generous. Instead, it was too small. The other problem has to do with my particular dog, whose anxiety sometimes takes the form of chewing and she very easily chewed the edges and the stuffing leaked out.

Thank you I received the dog bed. I have a 7kg miniature poodle and so a medium size bed as per your website recommend (9kg) but sadly it's way to small for my dog. I think you should update your website as other customers like me that spent good money ordered the incorrect size bed thus making it useless and a waste of money and time. Also I have to say the quality of the foaming in the bed is extremely average to poor for the money paid for the bed. Then lastly sadly, I was never sent a tracking number and nothing was left at my postal address to inform me the bed had been sent to the closest post office. All in all it was not a great experience. Kind Regards,

There was no communication after the purchase, in spite of my sending repeated emails because the tracking no. did not work. The product did eventually arrive about 3 weeks later and I am happy with it.

I ended up having to wait 5 weeks for the dog bed. Had I been advised when I ordered the item that it was coming from China - I might have thought twice about purchasing it. The tracking system leaves a lot to be desired, I think they probably only update every couple of weeks! I admit to feeling the base of the Fluffyfriend lacks the stuffing to make it truly comfortable. I can probably open it and restuff it - but I shouldn't have to! I won't buy another one.

I have not gotten the bed.

I found this stress bed for my dog for $30 and I got your big sale price of $50…my dog won’t get in it just pulls it around..

The pillow was much smaller than I thought it would be based on the weight of the dog, he wouldn’t use it at all. Tried to return but the cost was as much as I paid. I was given a small amount back which I appreciated but certainly not close to the full amount. There should be a place in the states to return the item.
