DO NOT BUY- it is a scam
If I could give zero stars I would. This company is a scam. I purchased a $90 dog bed on Dec. 15. The tracking states “USPS awaiting item” and has never changed this status in almost a month. Their email response was to “be patient”and now they have quit responding all together. DO NOT BUY from this company. You will not receive an item

This company is a possible scam
This company is a possible scam. I purchased a dog bed a month ago and never received it. I contacted them many times and my emails were ignored. It is so disturbing to be treated like this. My requests for a refund or any response at all were ignored.

Ordered on December 22,2025
Ordered on December 22,2025. Order still has not arrived. I’ve contacted customer service and they say just be patient and that it is shipped out and that a tracking number should reflect movement in a couple days. It is now January 7 still no movement out of California. Contacted customer service again with no answer. I see now from all of the customer service reviews that this was a terrible mistake buying from this company. Buyer beware

Scam - DO NOT BUY
I wish I could provide a review on the product itself, but I never received it. It’s been almost a month and my order is still in a status with USPS of “label created.” When I contacted customer service they kept telling me that it takes awhile to update in the system. Well, I know it doesn’t take a month to update in the system. Then, they tried to tell me their records show it was delivered when I could clearly add the tracking number to the USPS system and it still showed “label created.” I’m in the process of trying to get refunded but I doubt that will happen as well.

This company is a scam ,I been waiting…
This company is a scam ,I been waiting more than a month for my dog's pillow sent emails, and got no response no update on tracking and now the tracking number does not track. Read the reviews before buying anything from this company I give this company an F.

It's been more than a month since I…
It's been more than a month since I ordered, and I've never seen a company like this that doesn't arrive, doesn't give me money back, doesn't answer questions. Are you guys a ghost company that doesn't really exist? Please give me an answer quickly.

Total scam
The bed was smelly and flat and my dog would not go near it. Trying to return it was a nightmare as the company demanded that it be returned to China!! I returned to the address it was shipped from in California. I never got a refund. Total scam.

It’s been a month since I ordered…
It’s been over a month since I ordered 2 beds. No updates, no communication. I have not yet received my dog beds. Will never order from this company again.
