Be aware of this company
Be aware of this company. This is fake company. They will take your money and you will never get uour ordered items. Doesn't matter how many emails you send, you will not get any response.

Ordered on Nov 30, delivered today jan 10th. Poor customer service and quality is poor. Got a better one at Home Goods.
Poor customer service, no phone to call and canned email replies. Took 41 days for oder to arrive, poor quality to boot, got better and cheaper one at Home Goods

Appalling customer service
I’ve not come across a company before where you have to write to request a return. Not a problem if only they would respond and organise the return. Having sent the order information to request a refund we received an email asking for the order number which was clearly visible from the order information sent. Two further emails since then and we’re re no further forward which is frustrating to say the least!

All I get from this company is lies
All I get from this company is lies, I ordered Dec.17 and USPS has been waiting for product since then but yet they tell me it’s shipped from their facility and that it takes a while for the USPS to update…..it doesn’t take the 3 weeks to update The USPS shows no record of anything. Please someone call attorney general of California, start a class action lawsuit, do something to put these scammers out of business.

I was very excited to get this dog bed…
I was very excited to get this dog bed for my two dogs. However when I did receive it it was not the extra large I thought it would be. It is very flat and it has not inflated if it's supposed to. I spent $89 on sale for this dog bed. I am so disappointed. I will not order anything from Mr fluffy again

Buyer Beware
Order was supposed to be received 5-10 days after order placed. Received 30 days after order placed, two weeks after I told them to cancel the order. They say they will fully refund the order if sent back within 30 days after receipt of the product by me. However, they don’t respond to emails (more than six) requesting to return the product thereby preventing me from returning the product. No phone number is available for them. Buyer Beware!

Shipping Time - So Sad
I placed an order on 12/17/24 and it is now 1/9/25 and it is still in Los Angeles. It is in the US. It shouldn't take this long. You can't call them to talk, just email. This is so sad. I was really looking forward to this bed for my dogs. I finally received my bed.
